Order Confirmation - Fulham Road
S. A Benson Ltd has received the order to supply all of the steelwork to a £6M refurbishment project to 14 town houses in Fulham Road, London.
The project, due to be completed in May 2012, involves new roof steelwork, aswell as internal steel beams throughout the project.

Phase 2 : Jersey
S. A Benson Steel Beams have just been approached to tender for the second phase to a major expansion project on a hotel in Jersey.
S. A Benson Ltd worked on the first phase of the project last year, supplying and installing all of the new balustrade and handrails around the new swimming pool and garden areas.
Thanks to the fast turnaround and high quality of the first phase, S.A Benson Ltd has now been asked to tender for the supply and installation of two new structural steel frames, as well as various steel beams and steel lintols throughout the project.
Steel staircase: Notting Hill
S. A Benson Ltd has just completed a 3 storey galvanized steel staircase to a shop in London's Notting Hill.
The project was a complete refurbishment to a shop, which had to be executed in an immensley fast time to cause as little disruption as possible to the down time trading of the shop.
The main contractor for the project contacted S. A Benson to agree details and the order was given.
The first site visit was install steel beams to support the floor, and to take the stringers of the staircase.
Once these had been installed, the main contractor continued with the flooring while the staircase went into manufacture.
The steel staircase was manufactured in our workshop, sent away for galvanizing, returned to us and then taken to site and installed.
Installation of the staircase and all balustrade and handrails was done in just two days, with the glass infill panels fitted at the final stage of the project.

Steel Framed Workshop : Leyton
S. A Benson has supplied a new steel frame for a workshop to a major company in Leyton, East London.
The 4 tonne structural steel frame was supplied to the customers specification, and after a trademark quick turnaround in manufacture, delivered to the client.
